We can offer various corporate and trustee services to Bailiwick of Guernsey residents through our subsidiary company, Crossways Trustees Limited.

Corporate Services

By out sourcing some or all of these aspects of your business, you will free up your time to concentrate on what you do best - running your business. By appointing us as your Corporate Service Provider we will act as the link between your company and the Guernsey Registry and take care of all the filings that need to be made in any one year. Services offered include:

• company formation
• statutory assistance
• company secretarial services
• provision of nominee shareholders
• provision of a registered office address
• Annual validations

Trustee Services

We can also provide various trustee services for locally resident clients. These include trusteeships for discretionary trusts, will trusts, executorships and other "traditional" trustee services.
