- Distribution, ETI, and States Insurance returns need submitting for the previous quarter 1 January to 31 March
30 June 2012
- Payments of Guernsey tax on account for individuals not paid through the ETI scheme and sole traders are due by this date in order to avoid penalties

Special arrangements in respect of distribution reports (C45)
The States of Guernsey Income Tax Office has issued a new Statement of Practice (“SoP”) - C45 - the purpose of which is to increase the efficiency of the process of deducting tax, accounting for it to the Income Tax Office and enabling it to be processed once it is paid over.
