Special arrangements in respect of distribution reports (C45)
The States of Guernsey Income Tax Office has issued a new Statement of Practice (“SoP”) - C45 - the purpose of which is to increase the efficiency of the process of deducting tax, accounting for it to the Income Tax Office and enabling it to be processed once it is paid over.
